1990
ESTATE 2000 CONSOLIDATED LTD was founded in April 1990 as a wholly Nigerian-owned Architectural and Engineering Services Company.
1997
Responding to capital and technological demands of the industry, the company's capital was incorporated on the 11th day of December in the year 1997 and has a corporate affairs registration number: RC 325,824. Several Joint Venture and alliance agreements were entered.
2024
By employing a policy of blending local knowledge and experience with the technical expertise and quality practices of internationally reputable organizations, ESTATE 2000 CONSOLIDATED LTD today is a multidisciplinary service organization providing substantial Nigerian input in a range of service areas.

The Project is a Judicial Institute building designed to host the training of Judicial Officers in Rivers State. It features a state-of-the-art Conference hall, an ICT training hall, conference lounges and several offices for staff and conference presenters.

The Project is a block of 16-room hostel apartments designed to provide modern accommodation for the Nigerian Navy Ratings. It features ensuite studio apartments, modern design, and a wrap-round front balcony.
